How it works

To use our service, and to make things more efficient, you must complete this form to enable us to inform you when your packages are available for collection from us, and to make our service even more secure. This is a new system to notify our customers that their parcels have arrived.

You only have to register once to avail of this service, and any future deliveries will then be automatically linked to your user account, and a notification sent to you by email that your parcels have arrived.

Once registered, that’s it! Easy! You will not be able to retrieve your package from us until you have registered, and below is how you should enter your details when ordering online, to have your package delivered to Postal Pickup

*Please be aware that you will not receive a confirmation email from us as you will automatically be loaded on to our system once you click submit.

In case there is someone with the same name as you, who has also placed a delivery with us, you MUST ENSURE that you have added your own postcode/eircode in the Name field when ordering online, to avoid any confusion and risk your parcel being given to the wrong person. Failure to do so may result in your delivery being refused.
