Everything you need to know about our new Customer Code system
Important: New system effective November 6th, 2025
We're introducing a new Customer Code system to provide you with an even better experience. Previously, customers had to use their Eircode in their name or surname to ensure goods reached the correct person. Now, each customer will receive a unique Customer Code.
This new system will allow us to process your goods more efficiently and provide better tracking and customer service.
Create a new account on our website to receive your unique customer code.
You'll receive an email with your unique Customer Code (e.g., PP-JS-ABCDE).
When placing orders with online retailers, use your Customer Code as the First Name and your actual name as the Last Name in the recipient details.
Example:
First Name: PP-JD-XYZAB
Last Name: John Doherty
Send your goods to our depot address. We'll notify you when they arrive.
Email us at info@postalpickup.co.uk to arrange your business account setup.
You'll receive a business Customer Code (e.g., BIZ-AC-XYZAB) for your company.
Team members can be added to your business account and will receive their own welcome emails with instructions.
Use your business Customer Code as the First Name and your business name as the Last Name when placing online orders.
Example:
First Name: BIZ-AC-XYZAB
Last Name: Acme Corporation Ltd
Orders placed before November 6th will still be processed normally. The new system only affects orders placed after this date.
If you don't use your Customer Code, we may not be able to receive or process your goods properly.
